The hotel staff is friendly, professional, and very efficient. the lobby restaurant offers excellent food selections. - We had a very enjoyable time and appreciated the property.

The breakfast here was superb! It was quick and just what I needed to start the day right. The location is great for getting around easily. The room was a good size and nicely updated with a comfy bed. Plus, having a fridge and microwave in the room was very convenient. 🌞

Nice facilities. Nothing ultra fancy but very adequate. Great location, short walk to Broadway and 2nd where we spent most of our visit. Ryman just down the street. Very close to all downtown hot spots.

Can't say anything bad about the experience. If I had one thing to say negative about the hotel it would be the bathroom. Very small. Not a problem for me, but the wife had issues with it.

I loved the lovely and marvelous breakfast that was included. The staff was attentive and exceptionally helpful. The location was great for exploring a live music venue. The hotel is situated in a nice, quiet area close to bars, restaurants, the Goo Goo Cluster store, and Nashville attractions.

Beds were double size and would have like queen size better

The double room beds and pillows were extremely comfy, the location was great for walking to Tennessee State Capitol, and the airport was just 0.5 miles away, making it super convenient.

The rooms were impressive with Breakfast in Bed and complimentary snacks, as for instance and the breakfast was amazing and adequate. The price was US$ 216. This hotel was located in a central area near to Nashville TN, the tourist sites, most major attractions.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the double room itself was beautifully maintained and brand-new. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in our room.

The hotel was exceptionally clean with quick and delicious breakfasts. The location was great and close to attractions like Bridgestone Arena. The lobby restaurant served outstanding food.

Location, cleanliness

Had trouble with credit card, and the staff was very put-off as soon as there was an issue. Was locked out of our room at 2:00 in the am. Didn't want to help when trying to figure out problem the next day. Then messed up the billing on the rooms at checkout.

The staff were friendly, professional, and very efficient. The location was perfect and nice, around a 10-15 minute walk from the District. It was just off all the downtown attractions as well as shops.

Good hotel in a convenient downtown location.

Internet was down for 3 days, whilst hotel rooms were upgraded to wifi. Only two computers available in business room. Total rebate of $15 for inconvenience: very poor customer service!
